Catalyst for Change (CFC)
10-Week Impact Incubation Programme
Catalyst for Change (CFC) 10-Week Impact Incubation Programme designed to support youths aged 16 to 35 in developing social or environmental impact projects.
Participants are guided to explore the intersection of entrepreneurship and impact through team formation, problem-solution fit, market validation and pitching at our national demo day.
The programme offers workshops, mentorship, and community-building opportunities to help youth translate their passions into sustainable, impactful ventures.

Impact Innovation & Incubation (I3P) Programme
Our Impact Innovation & Immersion Programme brings youth founders and aspiring changemakers overses to explore the social entrepreneurship ecosystems in Southeast Asia.
Destinations include countries like Vietnam and Indonesia, where participants connect with local founders, VCs, ecosystem builders and fellow students working on startup projects.
Through site visits, workshops, and dialogues, participants gain cross-cultural insights, deepen their understanding of market needs, and explore opportunities to localise or expand their initiatives.

Impact Challenges & Competitions
In partnership with mission-aligned organisations such as Global Green connect, Hult Prize Foundation, Social Collider, and Orobo, SIC co-hosts impact-focused hackathons and competitions.
These challenges present real-world problem statements faced by social enterprises and impact-driven startups.
Participants form teams to ideate, validate, and propose solutions over a condensed sprint format, often receiving mentorship from professionals and feedback from judges in the ecosystem.

Mentorship, Workshops & Industry Talks
Throughout the year, SIC collaborates with social enterprises, startups, and companies to run standalone workshops, fireside chats and mentorship sessions.
These events cover themes such as sustainable business models, social impact measurements, mental wellness, community building and more.
Open to all youths interested in learning and doing good, these sessions are designed to equip aspiring changemakers with knowledge and inspiration from those already driving change.
