A 10-week fully online fellowship (17 Jan – 21 Mar 2026) designed to equip young changemakers with practical skills in tech-for-impact, innovation, and project execution. Fellows learn through weekly Saturday workshops, mentorship, and building an early-stage solution for social good.

Women in Tech for Impact. The fellowship prioritizes empowering young women in Southeast Asia to build technology-driven solutions. Men and non-binary participants are welcome. The theme guides content focus, speaker curation, and role-model visibility

Applicants aged roughly 16 - 35 who are interested in social impact, innovation, entrepreneurship, or community action. University students, working professionals, and gap-year learners are all eligible. No prior experience is required.

Yes. The fellowship is open to all genders. The 2026 theme highlights and supports women in tech by prioritizing female leadership content, role models, and mentorship opportunities — but male and non-binary participants are welcome to apply and contribute. The goal is inclusion and balanced representation, not exclusion.

No. Prior exposure helps but is not mandatory. The program is designed for beginners and early-stage builders who are willing to learn and take initiative.

No. The fellowship is designed for beginners and early explorers.
Weeks 1–2 are dedicated to identifying real problems and shaping ideas from the ground up. If you're new to tech-for-impact, you'll get structured guidance and a supportive learning pace.

If you already have a project, experience building products, or you're looking for a faster track toward scaling, you can still join — you’ll benefit from frameworks, mentorship, and a regional network. Just note the pace is intentionally beginner-friendly; some fundamentals may feel familiar.

If you’re already further along or prefer a more advanced, builder-led format, consider joining SIC’s Catalyst for Change Incubation Program in May - it’s designed for founders who are ready to deepen execution and scale.

All sessions, materials, and communication will be in English.

We welcome participants whose first language is not English — the environment is supportive and beginner-friendly. Clear communication matters more than perfect grammar.

Approximately 4–6 hours per week, including live sessions, team meetings, and independent project work. Applicants should be able to manage this alongside school or work commitments.

Fully online — structured to support cross-country collaboration across ASEAN. Optional community meetups may happen locally.
